My goodness how the time flies when you are having fun. We have been in the Hyde Park YSA ward for about 6 weeks now.
Today was fast Sunday here - General Conference in the USA. We will see the General Conference sessions next weekend.
The Bishop & 1st counselor were out of town this weekend, due to it being a 3 day weekend here in Australia - Labor Day. So I was left to conduct sacrament meeting, along with all the other business of the ward. With YSA that is quite a challenge with no time to stop and think. Oh yes, it was time change time (spring ahead 1 hours), so many of the YSA arrived late.
Today was also a sad day, as we had transfers announced last night. We are "losing' some of our Elders & Sisters, plus some will be heading home during the coming week. Our district held a district council after the normal meetings. In the council each leaving missionary takes a seat in front of the district and the others can ask them any question they want. After the questions, the missionary bears their testimony.
